I had an engaged couple over to discuss their wedding cake options the other day! For the meeting, I made up some samples to try!
This first one was a spice cake with cream cheese filling.
Second was some chocolate cupcakes with a whipped vanilla cream filling. Topped with a chocolate buttercream and gold sugar sprinkles.
The last was a vanilla cake filled with a raspberry cream filling.
It was a success and I booked a wedding cake / cupcakes tier for July! I can't wait to do it!
